About the event

Discover Holotropic Breathwork® - Journey Towards Wholeness

with Verónica Muñoz and Dana Huffman

Holotropic Breathwork® is a transformative practice integrating deep, rapid breathing with evocative music and focused bodywork. Inspired by ancient spiritual systems and modern consciousness research, this technique was developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof, aiming to facilitate self-exploration and healing.

In Holotropic Breathwork® sessions, participants engage in controlled breathing to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. This unique state can unveil hidden aspects of the self, offering insights into buried memories and promoting emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. It's a journey toward achieving wholeness and wisdom, guided by the principle that we are our own best healers.

Our workshop provides a safe, nurturing environment where you can explore and release emotional blockages, gain intuitive insights, and transcend old patterns that hinder your growth. Trained facilitators guide the process, ensuring a safe and supportive experience.

Dr. Stanislav Grof's pioneering work, along with his extensive writings, has cemented Holotropic Breathwork®'s reputation as a powerful tool for personal transformation. Participants often report profound changes, including stress relief, emotional release, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Join us in this extraordinary journey of self-discovery and healing, guided by the wisdom of your own inner healer. 🙏

Everything you might need is provided: mats, blankets, eyemasks, pillows, food, beverages, art supplies, support and safe space. ❤️

Only practitioners certified through GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training) are allowed to practice Holotropic Breathwork®.

This immersive and powerful workshop in Breathwork Plus Studio will be facilitated by two senior Holotropic Breathwork® facilitators:

Meet Verónica Muñoz

Enthusiastic life explorer who, for almost 3 decades, has actively focused on her self-exploration, experimenting with a wide range of healing modalities.

Since 1999, she has experienced Holotropic Breathwork, which, without a doubt, has been the most powerful tool in this life journey. Through it, she has embraced inner healing and spiritual awareness. This experience has encouraged her to dedicate her efforts to helping others embark upon their breathwork journeys in a safe and supportive setting.

After certifying as a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator by the Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) in 2009, she has facilitated more than 240 Holotropic Breathwork sessions at workshops and training modules in the USA, South America (Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil) and Europe (Czech Republic, Germany, Serbia). In 18 of them, she was part of Stan Grof’s assistant faculty team.

Meet Dana Huffman

Dana Huffman is an artist, musician, and live sound engineer. His lifelong interest in the intersection of art, psychology, and non-ordinary consciousness states led him to the work of Stan Grof, and he became a certified facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork® in 2015. He lives in Topanga Canyon, CA with his wife, daughter, and cats.
