Flow to Stretch Yoga is a dynamic practice that seamlessly combines the fluidity of a Vinyasa flow with the deep stretching of a Yin yoga session. This unique class begins with a gentle warm-up to awaken the body and synchronize movement with breath. As the flow progresses, you'll gracefully transition through a series of poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Once warmed up, the class seamlessly transitions into longer-held stretches, allowing you to delve deeper into each posture and release tension stored in the muscles and connective tissues.
