Description

This 45-minute practice helps you find clarity, expand your imagination, and cultivate presence. It starts with slow, deep, diaphragmatic 15-minute breathing with closed eyes and curated music. It is followed by 10 minutes of gentle music, where you can choose to meditate or journal. The session is closed with an optional sharing circle.
