Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to enroll in our workshop. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the need to cancel your registration. To accommodate such situations, we have formulated the following cancellation and refund policy:


Cancellations Made 72 Hours Prior to the Workshop

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your registration at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of the workshop, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus any processing fees. The processing fees are non-refundable and cover the cost of transaction and administrative expenses associated with your registration.

  • Processing Fee: The exact amount of the processing fee will be specified upon your cancelation. This fee is deducted from the total refundable amount to cover the costs associated with processing your registration and refund.


Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Workshop

  • Credit for Future Use: If you find yourself unable to attend the workshop and cancel less than 72 hours before its scheduled start, instead of a refund, you will receive a credit equal to the amount paid. This credit can be applied towards any future services or workshops we offer.

  • No Cash Refund: Please note that in such cases, cash refunds will not be issued. The credit is designed to provide flexibility and ensure that you have the opportunity to benefit from our services at a more convenient time.


How to Cancel

To cancel your registration, please contact us through the following methods, specifying your registration details and the reason for cancellation:

Additional Terms

  • The issued credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance. It can be used towards any future workshops or services offered by Breathwork Plus.

  • If the workshop is canceled by Breathwork Plus for any reason, participants will be notified immediately, and a full refund, including the processing fee, will be issued.

Please note that while we do not offer refunds on services rendered, memberships are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Subscription Renewal:

Your subscription will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless you choose to cancel it. This ensures uninterrupted access to our services/products without the need for manual renewal.

Payment Authorization:

By providing your payment information during the initial purchase, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method each month for the subscription fee. The amount charged will be clearly communicated to you prior to each renewal.


Notification of Renewal:

We will send you a reminder notification before each renewal, typically a few days in advance. This will serve as a reminder of the upcoming charge and provide you with an opportunity to cancel if desired.



If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time before the next renewal date. Please follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account settings or contact our customer support team for assistance. It's important to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
