  • At Breathwork Plus, we honor the power of your Inner Guiding Intelligence (IGI) during breathwork sessions. Facilitator can never know what exactly you feel, what you need or want during a session. Our facilitators create a safe and supportive space for you to explore and release what no longer serves you and ask for what you need.


    The music is carefully selected and curated to enhance your journey. Once the music begins, you won't hear the facilitator's voice. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in your own experience without external guidance or judgment.


    Picture yourself in a transformative moment, expressing your emotions freely, while the facilitator holds space for you and keeps you safe. We believe in empowering you to connect with yourself and trust your own inner wisdom to guide your breathwork journey and life.

  • You cannot do this wrong. There is a breathing technique you will start with, and if your body wants to change the breathing pattern, that is totally ok. You are practicing listening to your body's wisdom.

  • If you find yourself feeling emotional during the practice and start to cry, that's normal and beautiful. Let yourself feel whatever comes up for you, whether it's sadness, grief, anger, joy, love, or bliss. Everything is part of the session.

  • While practicing breathwork live with a group has its unique magic, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. That's why we created an on-demand section for you.


    Whether you're short on time, unable to attend a live class, or simply prefer practicing in solitude, our recorded sessions are here to support you on your breathwork journey.

  • We're here to support your journey, and your safety is the priority. While we can not control your choices, we highly recommend experiencing Neurodynamic Breathwork (NDB) with a trained facilitator.


    The facilitator's responsibility is to create a space for you to dive as deep as possible to ensure you are safe during the session and have completed your process at the end.


    The facilitator will answer any questions before or after the session and will support you in finding the right integration tools for you.


    Plus, the sharing circles afterward are held as sacred spaces, honoring the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

  • Breathwork Plus is a holistic wellness studio that builds a nurturing community and improves physical, mental, and emotional health through breathwork, yoga, sound baths, and meditation. Our approach combines these practices to offer a comprehensive wellness experience, differing from traditional studios that may focus on just one modality.

  • We recommend starting with our Intro Week Offer, which gives you unlimited classes for the whole week. Both in-studio and online. This way, you can experience each modality and see what resonates with you most. Our team is also here to help guide you based on your wellness goals.

  • Not at all! Our classes are designed to welcome all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Instructors will guide you through each practice, offering modifications to suit your comfort level.

  • Breathwork can significantly reduce stress, improve emotional balance, increase energy levels, and enhance self-awareness. It's a powerful practice that complements other wellness activities by deepening your connection to the present moment.

  • A sound bath is a meditative experience in which you are "bathed" in sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. Participants lie down comfortably with closed eyes, and the sounds facilitate a state of deep relaxation and mental clarity.

  • Only yourself. :) We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement. We provide all other necessary equipment, such as a mat, bolster, blocks, and straps.

  • Members are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee if they cancel their class less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Additionally, a no-show fee will be applied for members who fail to cancel and do not attend their scheduled class.
