Meet Freangel The Artist

My name is Freangel The Artist. I have been a certified personal trainer for over 10 years. I am also a human with a strong innate need to share the cosmos beneath my skin with the world beyond my eyes via different artistic outlets (music, dance, painting).

I believe movement is a gift, a language, an art form. I perceive that gait, posture, and range of motion are the immediate result of past experiences and also the reflection of how the mind perceives itself.

Movement, as proven by neuroscience, can help reshape ideas, thoughts, and paradigms in our brain (neuroplasticity); hence, creating an environment (from the inside-out) for the body to feel safe to move can be the path to a more wholesome and healthy lifestyle. Movement connects us with our body, mind, and soul.

Meet Shannon Lee Whalen

Shannon is a certified Hypnobreathwork facilitator, creator of Breathwork on the Beach Experience, and owner/founder of Get Inspired Fitness, LLC.

She uses an intuitive approach to life and, of course, in her work, in classes, and in sessions. Blending her training for coaching with her breathwork training she facilitates powerful sessions by creating a safe space for people to be vulnerable, open, and free.
