Goal-Setting Workshop with Aleks
This workshop will help you pause, take an honest look at where you are right now, and get clear on where you want to be next month.
You’ll score key areas of your life and business, define what’s most important, and set a realistic goal for the coming month.We’ll also do a short breathwork session to help you settle in and get focused.
This is your space to cut through the noise, refocus, and build the consistency you need to move forward.
If you fill out the "Monthly Goal Setting Form" below after the workshop, I’ll personally check in with you and help keep you accountable for your goal.

5-minute Reset With Box Breathing
A gentle 5-minute reset using box breathing (inhale, hold, exhale, hold for 4 counts each) to quickly calm your mind and rebalance your nervous system.
Perfect for pausing after being busy, shifting gears between activities, or anytime you want to return to your center.
13-minute Morning Clarity & Energy Boost
This is a short 13-minute practice to help you start your day feeling clear, focused, and energized.
We’ll use gentle, steady breathing (inhaling and exhaling for a count of four) along with a simple visualization to set the tone for your day.
You’ll leave this practice feeling lighter and ready to move forward.
19-minute Heart-Centered Wind-Down
This is a practice to help you slow down and reset, or wind down after a long day or any task that left you feeling tense.
We’ll use longer exhales (inhaling for four, exhaling for six) to calm your nervous system, then move into gratitude and a gentle heart-focused visualization.
You’ll finish feeling peaceful, centered, and more connected to yourself. Or ready to go to sleep.
36-minute Mindful Breathwork & Free Journaling
This is a spacious practice to help you slow down your mind, and explore whatever is on your heart.
We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle meditation to settle your body and mind, followed by mindful breathing to deepen your awareness.
You’ll continue with slow deep breaths for about 10 minutes to calm music, simply breathing and allowing thoughts and feelings to rise naturally.
When the time is right, you’ll be invited to start journaling for around 20 minutes, using the music as a soft background while you write freely - no prompts, no expectations, just open space for you.
You’ll finish feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
53-minute Release & Let Go Deep Journey | Emotional Clearing
This is a powerful session designed to help you release tension from your body and clear emotional buildup.
We’ll begin with a short meditation to ground and settle you, followed by clear instructions on how to breathe.
Then we’ll move into a deep 30-minute journey using connected breathing (inhaling and exhaling through the mouth in a gentle, continuous rhythm, without pausing or speeding up).
Music will dissolve into 2 minutes of silence, and after a wind chime, you will hear my voice again.
You’ll be guided to let go of any technique and simply breathe normally, allowing your body and mind to soften and integrate.
We’ll close with about 10 minutes of gentle music and quiet time for journaling or simply resting with your experience, helping you process and bring closure to the journey.
